Refund and Cancellation Policy

Elite Diamondz Refund Policy:

30-Day Return Policy: Customers can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom or engraved items may not be eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The item must be shipped back to Elite Diamondz with the RAN clearly marked on the package.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been customized, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Elite Diamondz Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee, especially for custom or made-to-order items.
Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, customers must contact customer service immediately. If the item has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
